My name is Kathleen Rietz, from Chicago, IL. There is so much beauty to be found in nature. My floral and abstract paintings celebrate the beauty to be found in nature and every day life. My paintings have an impressionistic feel to them, and I am often influenced by the French Impressionists. I am oftentimes told that my paintings make the viewer feel joyful.
