Maria Kovaleva was born in the North, in the city of Yakutsk. When she was 6 years old, the family moved to the Volgograd region. Maria began to draw from the earliest years, but in adolescence, began to realize that she really wants to become an artist. Maria graduated from the Institute in 2013, and in 2014 she moved with her family to the Caucasus, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Kurjinovo village, to devote her life to creativity and education of children away from the bustle of cities. Maria works as a teacher at the children’s art school. In her works, the artist conveys a sense of belonging and unity of all mankind. ~ Maria Kovaleva
