Hi, I’m Srabani from Guwahati, Assam. India I’ve studied my fashion designing from INIFD Guwahati. I specialise in fashion illustrations and currently working as senior tutor for fashion illustrations at SEFT, digital learning platform by Siddhi Mapxencar. I also work as a freelancing fashion designer and illustrator for brands and labels and I run my YouTube channel by the name of Art Studio by Srabani.
Regarding the style of my art, I like to work with traditional mediums on paper using watercolors, pencil colors, markers, etc. I like developing fabric textures, prints and embellishments through layering of colours using mixed media.
I’ve been doing art since a child and specially fashion illustrations since last 7 years and in the process, I’ve learned lots of things through guidance, self observation and experimentation. I always try to give the same knowledge to my students through classes and workshops and viewers of my social media platform. As a content creator, I am trying to build a space for learners to explore methods and step by step tutorials to learn illustration and design process at the ease of home. I feel very blessed following my passion and working with many passionate entrepreneurs, artists and creative creators.
