My name is Matt Cripps, from Miramichi, NB. My approach to my art and work has been constantly evolving.When I create, my focus is placed on the process. When I look at a finished piece I don’t just see what is in front of me but the whole process, when it started as a ball of mud, a hardened piece of ceramic, and a final product. I don’t think of a piece as a static object but a representation of the journey it took to get to where it is. I see this as a direct reflection of myself and my journey. ~ crippspottery
