Bella Kotak is an award winning fine art, fashion and portrait photographer living and working in between the US and the UK. Deeply inspired by fairytales, nature, and couture fashion, Bella’s storytelling pictures lift the veil of the overlooked and reminds us that there’s magic in the most ordinary of spaces and beauty in every face. Her art invites the viewer to escape from real life, if only for a moment.

I’ve always been an avid reader and artist. I love, and have always been drawn to stories that feature strong female characters, other worlds, and adventures. I also love art, and going to galleries and museums. I draw and paint a lot too in my spare time. I have a passion for flowers, as one can probably tell. Concept wise I suppose my art is inspired by womanhood and the seasons of our lives filled with change, growth, bloom, and a constant evolution.
All these various passions influence my art and what I create.

I slipped into photography after pursuing a passion in Photoshop. I wanted to increase my Photoshop knowledge and photography was my tool to experiment new techniques with. However as time went by I feel more and more in love with the art of creating and capturing a moment. It’s now my way of expressing my love of spring, life, fantasy, people, places, and creativity. ~ @bellakotak
