Marta Ortega Spanish Makeup Artist and Face Painter
Marta Ortega is a Spanish makeup artist and face painter from Spain. She started doing it as a hobby in 2015, when she was studying Hispanic philology at the University of Seville, without knowing that it would later become her profession.
After finishing her degree, she realized that what she really wanted to do was to bring color to the world, so she decided to become a makeup artist and a characterizer, so she trained professionally and began to appear in different international online competitions, winning second and first place prizes on several occasions and starting to fulfill her dreams.
As today, body art is her main artistic route, for which she is inspired by a multitude of elements such as nature, films, illustrations or various crafts, from various cultures and themes.
She is currently working as a characterization teacher at a school in her city and also a face painting instructor on various online platforms such as Smile Creators or FabaTV. Besides her paid work, she also brings her art to her social media from time to time in order to share her passion, the art of the body.
